Hello! It’s been a minute since I’ve blogged, I’m gonna do better though.😊
Lately, I’ve been working out in the mornings, and every morning, I ask “why am I doing this to myself?” But by the end of the workout, I’m glad I did.
What started out as trying to get my workout in before the forecasted rain starts, has ended up being a time of refreshing and meditation. My thoughts are clearer, and my day seems to go smoother.
I haven’t perfected everything (yesterday I ate a bag of praline pecans), but everyday I show up for myself and I’m proud of my progress.
We don’t have to wait until the new year to start a lifestyle or habit change, any day is a good day to make a new start.
